One of the wooden statues in a "playhouse" at Longwood Gardens. We spent the day here, courtesy of friends we had met cruising. The gardens are wonderful, and the weather was excellent.

General Warren Memorial on Little Round Top
We visited the Gettysburg battlefield while waiting for service at the RV dealer in Pennsylvania.

Dogwood Blossoms
Taken on the Blue Ridge Parkway. We drove our 40-foot motorhome on the Parkway without incident. Of course, there was very little traffic. We might have had a harder time of it in the fall, with all the beautiful leaf color.
We have been "following" the dogwoods up from Florida.

Brisket
We ate lunch at Gators BBQ in Jacksonville. This crowned our visit to this city. Got a lot done, but we are now heading out for more road adventures.

Disney World
An exhausting week at Disney World. We were meeting up with cruising friends at Camp Wilderness RV Park. Saw a lot, wore out the feet.
We are now in another part of Florida, enjoying the peace and quiet.
